Back to Work 2024 Competition: Terms and Conditions of Entry

Eligible Entrants Entry is open to anyone aged sixteen (16) and older.
  1. HOW TO ENTER

    To enter the Promotion, the entrant must complete the following steps during the Promotional Period:

    1. Visit the Badgie.co website: https://badgie.co/pages/back-to-work-2024
    2. Using the form supplied, enter their name, email address and postcode,
    3. Write in 20 words or less, spill the beans on your biggest fear for work in 2024.
    4. Agree for their submission to be shared anonymously,
    5. Sign up to Badgie’s database to receive marketing emails, and
    6. Submit the entry

  2. ENTRIES PERMITTED

    There is no limit on the amount of entries per person per day.

  3. PRIZE DETAILS

    There is one (1) prize available for one winner. The prize is a Badgie Sticker Bundle consisting of 300 stickers to the total value of AUD$312.87. The winner will be invited to select any stickers from Badgie’s range (subject to availability) in the following sizes:

    4 x 50 Packs (valued at AUD$49.99 each)
    4 x 20 Packs (valued at AUD$16.99 each)
    5 x 4 Packs (valued at AUD$8.99 each)

    If any chosen stickers are not currently available for any reason, the winner will be notified and given an opportunity to choose a substitute.

    A winner will be chosen and announced on Friday 1 March 2024 (AEDT). The winner will be notified by email and on Badgie’s Instagram channel. The winner will be chosen based on the most entertaining, unique and/or authentic answer (Game of Skill).

    If the prize is not claimed within seven (7) days of notification, a runner up will be picked as the new winner and notified. The prize will be considered claimed if/when the winner confirms their final selection of stickers and shares a valid shipping address via return email to Badgie. Only one prize will be awarded.

  4. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

    By entering this competition, entrants grant Badgie the non-exclusive right to share their competitions responses (without any identifying personal information) on any of Badgie’s marketing channels including but not limited to social channels, emails and/or Badgie.co website.
