Badgie began in a hospital corridor. Between patient handovers and long shifts, our founder noticed how many people wanted a simple way to show who they are, or who they stand with.
A tiny sticker offered that possibility. It didn’t need a conversation or explanation. It quietly signalled identity, pride or allyship in a way a uniform couldn’t.
Today, Badgie stickers are used across Australia by individuals, teams and organisations who care about visibility and inclusion. Each sticker is designed with purpose: to help someone feel seen, supported or represented in their workplace.
Visibility shapes belonging. And belonging shapes how we show up each day.
Badgie exists to make that visibility simple, accessible and real.
